This policy outlines how refunds are processed in different scenarios. All refunds are processed to your original payment method within 30 days, with no restocking fees charged.

Return-Based Refunds

For items you've returned to us:

  • Standard Returns: Full refund when items are returned meeting all requirements (unused, with tags, original packaging)
  • Defective Items: Full refund including any shipping charges
  • Exchanges: Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
  • Partial Refunds: May apply if items are returned in less than perfect condition

Return refund process:

  2. You receive approval notification
  3. Refund is processed within 30 days

Lost or Damaged Shipment Refunds

For shipping-related issues:

  • Lost Packages: Full refund if your order is lost during transit
  • Damaged in Transit: Full refund if items arrive damaged
