30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, as well as exchanges.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it (for non-defective returns)
- Unworn or unused
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, contact us at support@bonamart.com. Return address will be provided via email upon approval of your request.
Once your return is approved, we'll provide a free return shipping label for you to download and print, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Important Notes:
- We do not charge any restocking fees
- All returns must be sent by mail
- Return shipping labels are provided free of charge
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
